永柏塑膠電鍍廠，是由香港永柏實業(yè)有限公司投資的中外合資企業(yè)，成立于1986年，是一間專業(yè)的ABS塑膠電鍍廠。隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展，公司于1989年將生產(chǎn)線遷移至深圳市龍崗區(qū)坑梓鎮(zhèn)沙田工業(yè)區(qū)，現(xiàn)擁有廠房面積8,000平方米，占地面積12,000平方米，員工人數(shù)約為350人。
本公司擁有現(xiàn)代化的廠房，兩條環(huán)形全自動生產(chǎn)線，同時還擁有一間精密塑料、塑膠注塑無塵車間。在質(zhì)量控制方面，有嚴格而科學(xué)的管理系統(tǒng)和檢測手段，配備了一系列先進的質(zhì)量檢測設(shè)備。我司嚴格運行ISO9001：2000質(zhì)量體系，并且在2007年5月通過了摩迪國際集團ISO14001：2004環(huán)境體系的認證。
本公司主要是對各種ABS,ABS+PC塑膠制品外表面進行裝飾性電鍍，可選擇的電鍍品種有：三價鉻、光鎳及不銹鋼色等十多種顏色，并不懈致力于開發(fā)市場及環(huán)保方向新的電鍍工藝（如：無鎳電鍍）。電鍍應(yīng)用范圍：汽車標志及內(nèi)外部裝飾件，電話機、手機、家電外殼及按鍵，衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品，數(shù)碼相機裝飾件等。

Winpak Plastic Electroplate Factory is a professional ABS electroplating factory which was established in 1986, invested by Hong Kong Winpak Industrial Co., Ltd. Along with the needs of the growing business, the company was transferred its product line to Shatian Kenzi Longgang District Shenzhen in 1989.Now, we has a construction area of 8,000 m2, ground 12,000 m2, with 350 employees.
We have modern workshop, two loop automatic product line and possesses a dust-free Precision Injection workshop as well. For quality control, we follow the scientific managing system and measurement method with serial high-tech test equipments. We follow quality system of ISO9001:2000 strictly. And we have passed ISO14001:2004 environmental system certification in May 2007.
Winpak focuses mainly on the surface treatment of ABS or ABS+PC plastic product. We can plate trivalent bright chrome, bright nickel, stainless steel brushed+nickel, etc. We are never stopping our foot for the plating market development. So far we are succeeding in nickel free plating and more high tech & high quality product according to customer’s special requirements.
